![]() “I forgot something.” You said just as hurriedly, not wanting to spend another minute with your headache causes. ![]() Glaring at the older Stark, you made your way quickly towards the couch, bent down and grabbed something under the coffee table. Had Natasha taught you something about assassination? “Back already?” Tony said, yet again baffled at your sudden reappearance. Steve was the one to break the silence after your sudden flight. “Until you two Gallaghers,” You began pointing at both him and Steve who still seemed to be frowning at your previous words, “stop arguing and can get along again without suing anyone, Oasis is currently disbanded.” You finished, motioning towards yourself before you walked out of the lounge, ignoring Tony’s calls. There was no way in hell you let him use his puppy dog eyes no matter how sorry the bastard felt. You simply refused to meet his eyes as you picked up your dropped documents and blueprints. Tony seemed regretful and guilty after hearing your complaints and tried to send you an apologetic look, code word tried. “But then two gorillas suddenly appeared in the living room, screaming at each other and giving me a headache, which is the only thing they have achieved this week.” Finishing your angry venting with an annoyed glare in their direction, you swung your legs back at the cushions and sat up. “I was working,” You answered, putting extra pressure on the ‘was’. Steve seemed surprised by your presence too and raised an eyebrow in curiosity. “What are you doing to my couch and just why?” He proceeded to ask when you continued to glare at the pair. “,” Tony sent you a mixed look, half confused, half surprised as if he had just noticed you were in the room as well. “Can you guys just shut the fuck up for a minute, or just go argue somewhere else? I’m begging you,” You finally burst, catching them both off guard by your raised and angry voice. What you had done in your previous life to deserve such amazing flatmates you had no idea of. No matter where you found yourself, Tony and Steve found a way to unconsciously give you a migraine. Or you could be making dinner in the kitchen and before you knew it they were up in your face, wanting you to side with either of them. You could be seated in the lab, making something, fixing small details like you were now or just talking to Bruce and then they would suddenly barge into the room in the middle of a conflict. It was as if you were a magnet of some sort, but the only thing you drew towards yourself was your older brother and Steve arguing with each other. Why did they seem to make your daily life hell nowadays? Swinging both of your legs over the back of the couch so you sat upside down in a way with your back and head against the cushions, you groaned again as they finally came into your sight. They even continued their conflict as they walked through the different rooms, all the way from Tony and Bruce’s laboratory to the kitchen and now to the longue where you seated in an incredibly comfy couch working on some minor details on everyone’s suits. It had started with a tiny trifle and then it had blown up, as usual. Your brother, who you wanted to smite, was currently arguing way too loudly with a certain captain which interrupted your marvellous thought flow. “Oh, my fucking god,” Groaning in agony, you buried your head in your hands, wishing to you where anywhere else in the longue, even sharing a prison cell with Loki seemed more tempting at this moment. this is not beta read, so please excuse me if you see any mistakes. please note that this is also posted on my quotev and deviantart.
